Child and Neurology Event

We are excited to let you know we are about to launch a network for children who have a parent with a neurological diagnosis, including MS, Parkinson’s, brain injury and stroke.
To book a place or to find out more please contact Juanita on 02392 377 399 or jmerriman@psychologychartered.co.uk by the end of November.The event will be held in early February 2014 in West Sussex. There will be no cost to attend this event.
The purpose is to allow children of 5 and above to meet up with other children in the same situation, to provide psychological support and information about neurological issues delivered in a fun and informal environment. Hopefully it will also provide an opportunity for the non-effected parent to meet other parents who are supporting children as well as a partner with a neurological diagnosis or injury.
Spaces will be limited so we are inviting children and one adult per family; places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
