Team Leader Event Well Received

Last month saw Psychology Chartered run its first Team Leader Peer Support Event which was well attended from professionals across the South. The session was interactive with attendees asked to participate in a number of case studies and it was great to have so much experience in the room with lots of interesting debate around the complexities of providing sensitive feedback.

The feedback has been really pleasing with many commenting how beneficial they found having the opportunity to meet and share experiences with other Team Leaders. Additionally, we were happy to hear that the strategies and techniques discussed were considered insightful and easily transferable to begin applying as soon as their next shift.

Off the back of the success of this event we are please to announce further FREE Team Leader sessions to follow, with a provisional date of Tuesday 11th July, 10am-1pm set for the next event. If you would like to
